Leverhulme Professorships

Leverhulme Visiting Professorships at a United Kingdom university are granted by the Leverhulme Trust on a highly competitive basis to host an internationally distinguished academic from overseas in order to enhance the research skills and work of students and faculty within the host institution. The host institution nominates and invites the professor, who spends three to ten months in residence.

Dan Mosser was a Leverhulme Visiting Professor at the University of York in the fall semesters of 2007 and 2008.

Fred D'Aguiar was a Leverhulme Visiting Professor at the University of Newcastle in 2002.
